YTDownloader provides an interface for converting and downloading online video and audio streams. This service is intended strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Users must only download media content they own, hold the license for, or have obtained explicit permission from the original copyright holder to save.

2. Intellectual Property & Copying

We respect intellectual property rights. Users must not use YTDownloader to convert or download copyrighted movies, songs, videos, or television shows without appropriate legal authorization. Extraction of copyrighted assets without permission constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party Platforms (YouTube)

YTDownloader is an independent frontend service and is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. Downloading content from YouTube may violate YouTube's Terms of Service, which prohibit the downloading of videos without a download link or button provided by YouTube itself. Users are responsible for complying with all terms of third-party video hosters.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

YTDownloader is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future API revisions of third-party platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

YTDownloader, its developers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of this service, including the unauthorized downloading of media.
